Procedure
5 steps to join the THIS family
A clear and caring procedure to support every family.
1. Get the file
Pick up the enrollment form at the school office or download it after contacting us.
2. Build the file
Prepare all required documents (see list below) and complete the enrollment form.
3. Interview & visit
An interview with the parents and a meeting with the child are organized to better understand their needs.
4. Payment
Payment of enrollment fees and the first tuition installment to confirm your child's place.
5. Confirmation
You receive official confirmation of enrollment along with the supply list and start date.
Conditions by section
Specific admission criteria
Each section has its own requirements to ensure the child's well-being and success.
Nursery / Daycare
Required age: 3 months to 2 years
To provide: Up-to-date health record, dietary notes, bottles and diapers provided by parents.
Kindergarten
Required age: 3 to 5 years at start of school
To provide: Toilet-trained, simple pedagogical observation test on the day of the interview.
Primary
Required age: 6 to 11 years
To provide: Report card from previous school, level test (French, math, English) for placement.

Good to know
Enrollment is open year-round subject to availability. Priority is given to siblings and complete files received before June 30 for the September start.
